Klear Futures Limited is delighted to be opening the doors of their new home meadowbrook house, in Staffordshire. We will be offering a complete supportive service for young people with emotional behaviour difficulties.

All staff will need to be qualified to a minimum of a CQF Level 3 Diploma (children and young people’s workforce social care).

For people wanting to progress in their career, there is option to study Level 5 CQF DIPLOMA (Health & Social Care in Residential).


Essential For All Posts

• The ability to work as an effective team member.
• Proven communication skills both orally and written.
• The ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
• Knowledge of confidentiality issues.
• An understanding of professional boundaries.

Applicants for senior posts must have obtained CQF Level 3 Diploma for children and young people and have at least a years experience in working in a residential setting. Successful applicant must be prepared to work shifts (including sleepovers in the home and to work weekends, bank holidays as part of their rota).

All applicants will be subject to compulsory screening checks, this will include employment references and an enhanced DBS check.
